Simply dial the Nshila Utility Pay USSD short code on their phone (for example *888#) or by using our smart phone app/online digital platform to receive a pay advance.

The advance funds will be paid back out of the employee’s next paycheck, directly by the employer, along with a small charge for the use of the Nshila Work Pay service.

Employees can obtain additional advances only after their employer has repaid their previous advance in full. 

As advances are repaid in good standing, the employees begin to earn a credit rating which can enable them to get larger advances sooner, providing cash to the employees sooner.
